That's EXACTLY why I like tying Kurogane up, so much -- it's against his instincts, it's against his usual defensiveness -- it's a contrast. It's unguarded and relaxed and trusting, and at the same time, it is very, very clear that he is only in this position because he allows it and that he will not be fucked with. (Uh. Well. Only in the very literal sense of the word.) That's what this is all about, to me, the contrast of skin against rope, of the decision to be passive, of closeness that seems to be forced but isn't.
I really like to think that Fai understands that he's being appreciated... because if Kurogane ties him up, it's all about appreciation. ♥♥ *loves you forever*
