Doodle Me This Meme

I've been having a giant art block for some time now, and I'm finally at the point where I'm willing to try the following:

Doodle Me This - give me a character or pairing from a fandom I draw for and a prompt, and I'll give you ~~eventually~~ a ~~crappy~~ doodle! \o/

Fandoms that are good to go are TRC, xxxHolic, CCS, most other series by Clamp and FMA - I got two free days, so get the prompts rolling! :D

Oh my God, the wrestling matches they will have in the future! <3 Poor mousie. XD I love how Kurogane can still be so matter-of-factly pissy even while ~~grab-assing~~ manhandling dragons. *pfft*

Those will be wrestling matches that leave the neighbor's garden in shambles. Matter-of-factly pissed off is prolly one of Kurogane's standard expressions while raising these bebes! XD

(And mousing dragons are probably the nightmare of any rodent family... >.>)

Never mind the mouse families; what about the property damage done when a determined dragonlet wants to chase a mouse through the underpinnings of a mansion or temple? XD

Kurogane didn't leave Shirasagi to voluntarily raise his babies in the healthier countryside; he was banished.

of course, fai is totally useless when it comes to handing out any sort of discipline over the mini-dragons. Feeding them pulverised meat and blood lurry because their mother was killed before they were old enough to eat solids? Non problem. Scolding them for property damage? That's all kuro-stern's area!

Fai: Bad babies. No burning the mousies out. You just have to be patient and wait for them to come out again.

*draco-bebbies grrwl and rrrg adoringly, ttly not paying attention*

Kuro: Idiot, they don't realize you're scolding them! Use a firmer tone and smack 'em on the ass or something!

Fai: My hair is not fireproof, Kuro-tan. :|

And then Papa has to take the bebbies out a few times a day to let them rampage around in the forests and fields to burn off (heh) some of that energy and learn some simple manners like don't chase the cows and wanton fire-bombing is naughty. Kuro-stern is stern but the dragonlets love him all the more for it and prefer (increasingly violent) wrassling with Papa to being fed tidbits by Mama. XD

...stop me before I fic. In fact just don't get me started. orz

Aha, the bb dragonlet idea was from a 'verse of mine where kurogane and fai come across bb dragonets who were actually that. World's version of the fluorite twins. Their mom had been killed by a village mob and the twins had been capttured for sale; their kind are instinctive shapeshifters and they were huddling in nhuman shape at the bottom of a pit. Naturally fai freaked out and rescued them, and kurogane kind of couldn't say no.

(argh, its so hard discussing fic ideas using my dinnky phone qwerty XD)

Oh my gosh, poor babies. ;o; I love this story even more now, knowing more about it. <3 So they're named Fai and Yuui too? Do they think Fai is crippled somehow because he looks exactly like them but can't go dragon? XD

Of course Kurogane couldn't refuse. <3 Never mind his own kind heart...Fai's pleading eyes would be irresistible. And come on, BABIES. *sends Kurogane off, world to world, to collect all the unfortunate little blondes EVER*

*ahaha* Yes, I feel your pain. Whenever you see me do /this/ instead of typing out the italics html then you know I'm on my iPhone. XD

No, their names are Xiang (alter trc!fai, and the proud mouse-slayer up there - he's v smug about his hunting skills XD) and Zhi (little dead real-Fai QQ, who is quieter and more careful than Xiang and yet manages to trip Kurogane up there admiiring his twinn's AWESOME KILL). They take tom fai first because he reminds them of the human shape of their father, but they are very jumpy and frightened of all the gang when they're first rescued - they associate humansmell with fear and pain and their mother being killed. Fai, kuro and syaoran have to win them with kindness and care!

ROFL, YES, I definitely thought of cats while drawing them! The only difference is that stepping on a cat will leave claw marks on your thighs, while stepping on a a baby dragon will burn most of your clothes off your butt, and probably cost you your eyebrows.

AFTER KUROGANE AND FAI RESCUED THE BBS FROM THE FOLKS WHO KILLED THEIR MOTHER AND RETURNED TO NIHON, KUROGANE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PLANS TO RETURN TO SUWA.

BUT HE AND HIS HUSBAND V. QUICKLY REALISED SHIRASAGI CASTLE AND ITS GROUNDS WERE ABSOLUTELY NOT THE PLACE TO BE RAISING TWO TINY DRAGONS, EVEN IF THEY COULD ASSUME THE SHAPE OF A CERTAIN BLOND BLUE-EYED INDIVIDUAL... TWICE.
