Guys, guys, I need some help!

I need some new show to watch, so that I'm in a less dark mood! Has anyone any recommendations? What do YOU like to watch? I'll take almost any genre, though I'd have live action rather than anime, and something with a plot rather than pure comedy.

Anything? *hopeful*

Terra Nova...wasn't bad, wasn't all DIRE AND GRIM and made me want to write dinosaur fics. XD But I cant say it was light hearted either.

....it sounds like most of the shows I watch aren't very happy. Huh.

Oh. The Mentalist. XD Now that one has a lot of funny bits in it... hehe.

I probably didnt help at all. XD oh well. Im not a big TV person. I tried! <3

'course you were helpful, it's never bad to have a stock of recs to fall back to once I'm out of things to watch, SO THANKS! :D I'm not that much of a TV person, either, but at times I really find it relaxing to watch certain series online. :p ♥

Terra Nova was pretty interesting. To boil it down simply, the world is like a couple hundred years in the future and falling apart due to overpollution and crap, but they managed to somehow open up a time gate to an alternate version of earth back in dinosaur days, and they consider it the last hope for humanity and start sending groups of people back to colonize, a fresh start on life...

It was an interesting enough premise to hook me. ^^

<3 comedy wise Modern Family is hilarious, usually I don't find most funny shows well funny, but this is just wonderful~ Big Bang Theory is just dorky. lol

AHS has a lot of sex and gore, but its really good. Grimm is adorkable and getting pretty good.

OH, also Being Human. Second season is starting next week too. I've watched a couple episodes of Once Upon A Time and its okay, but I prefer Grimm. :)
